Award submission and success
Earlier this year, we submitted entries in the categories of Employee Engagement and Health and Wellbeing.
We are very pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted for awards in both categories.
Employee Engagement and Health and Wellbeing awards
We take wellbeing seriously and aim to create a safe and comfortable workplace for all employees.
We have Wellbeing Champions who were founded to support employee wellbeing and mental health at work.
They run activities and share useful materials throughout the year to raise awareness and spark conversation around wellbeing.
Our Champions also supported the introduction of Mental Health First Aiders (MHFA) across the foundation.
